TEXAS ECO-PLUMBER

Had a really good experience with this guy. Came out when he said he would, was professional, and did good work. Also didn't hurt that he was by far the most economical quote I received! Would highly recommend him.

I have had a bad experience with Texas Eco-Plumber. A water heater was installed for me on 4/17/2018 by a plumber called Jonathan Holmes with Texas Eco-Plumber. The installation was finished on the same day, but the plumber (Jonathan Holmes) did not have a ladder to get on my roof to seal the vent line to the water heater. So, he promised me that he would come back to seal the vent line the next day. Jonathan did not show up the next day. I tried to contact him on his cell phone numerous times. He did not answer his phone. I finally managed to speak with him on Monday, April 23rd. He promised me again that he would come the next day (Tuesday) morning to fix the vent line. I waited for him all morning. He did not show up, and avoided answering my phone calls. So, now I am stuck with a job which is not complete. Unfortunately, I trusted him and paid him fully for the job. That was my bad. Texas Eco-Plumber has also given me a one year warranty for his labor. Now, I think that the warranty is worthless since I can't even contact him to come back and finish his job. This is terrible, and I am very disappointed and unhappy for the work Texas Eco-Plumber has done for me.

They did a great job. Experts to say the least. Thanks to both of you.
