Kennedy came out and did a bid for me for my roof leak. He was honest about what he saw and he's been doing this for a while so I felt like I could trust his advice. He sent me a bid with an offer to do work, but not without also suggesting a solution that I could try first that didn't cost me anything. He then sent me an email and a hard copy of the bid with beautiful photos of everything so I could see the places he was suggesting to complete the work. I will call them again in the future as I know they do quality work, but not unnecessary work.
