The owner, Mike, not only grasped our ideas but also provided a design that perfectly aligned with our vision for the expanded deck project. Our intention was to enlarge the deck and incorporate extra deck space, and Mike's expertise truly shone through. By ingeniously combining the deck with patio pavers, he brought about a breathtaking outdoor area. Our outdoor time now surpasses our indoor time due to this transformation. Mike's invaluable creative insights and suggestions culminated in a deck and outdoor space that went beyond what we had hoped for. It's evident that he takes immense pride in delivering exceptional outcomes. The workmanship and materials used were high quality. The project was completed right on schedule, and adjustments to the budget were fairly priced.

I had a fantastic initial experience with CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc.! We had scheduled a service appointment to address the damaged corner piece of our siding, which had numerous holes and cuts from past gutters and deck fasteners. Our designated technician, Michael P., was an absolute delight to collaborate with. He possesses a strong command of his craft and consistently maintains a warm and professional demeanor. His impeccable repair work on our outdated siding, which is seemingly no longer available for purchase, truly impressed us. He went above and beyond by also addressing extra holes left behind by previous wires and nails. I wholeheartedly endorse CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. Without a doubt, I'll be turning to them for all our future roofing and siding requirements!

We hired this company to install a storm door. We were in a bind and to their credit they put it in quickly, for a steep price. We had taken down the old door and couldn't get the new one in so we needed a professional. That is definitely not what we got with CNY Construction. The door was installed crooked and the door lever was put on to operate vertically not horizontally so every time we used the door it pinched our fingers and hit the door frame. I was told the crooked door was an optical illusion and the door lever was made to operate that way weird way. They came back and reinstalled the door to level and our neighbor fixed the door handle, it was fine, turns out it was actually made to operate correctly but installed by them incorrectly. On their third trip back they partially installed the threshold as they did not have the correct screws to secure it permanently. On the fourth trip back they installed the outdoor trim and caulked, problem was they caulked the door opening to the trim and sealed the door shut. It left gooey globs of caulk on the door and trim and needs to be scrapped off. I was told that the caulk didn't set/dry right and they would be back to scrape it off. Haven't heard from them since. Sad thing is the owner of the company was the one who did most of this work and the process, from start to still not finished has been over two months, all for a storm door. We get that their busy but would have much preferred them telling us they didn't have time rather than fit us in and go through all this nonsense. We spent so much time making phone calls to them with our concerns only to be told how busy they are and they would get to us when the can. We do not recommend them and will not use them again.
