DONOTUSE THIS GUY FOR FLOOR REPAIR!!This guy came out like a professional when I received a quote in December of 2015, he wrote out the paperwork and also kept in touch. I told him he will hear from us after the first and I did so and we set up an apt for feb 6th, he asked for an down payment of 330 dollars which he received in cash for the materials on feb 5th. Was told he will be at my house 9 am Saturday morning no call or n show until we received a call at 3pm saying he was in the hospital. Got in touch with him and rescheduled for Monday morning came to fix it said he needed the plumber to pick up the toilet and the plumber did so, so he said he will return Tuesday morning at 9 am, instead of showing up he goes to another job and then I received a text saying he no longer wants to do the job, I have the materials but is not worth 340 dollars, I constantly asked for my money back he said he already bought the material I understood that so I asked for the receipt so I can return the material to get my money back in full, he refused so now im stuck with material and a big hold in my bathroom, floor where the toilet was picked up so he can do his job.
