I.G. Construction, L.L.C.

IG Construction offered a very fair price to remove the two Sweet-gum trees in our front yard, both of which were well over 30ft tall. Their crew arrived yesterday as promised and safely took down the trees, ground up the stumps, removed all the debris and raked out the area where the trees had been. I am so very happy to be rid of those things! We are very pleased with the professional attitude and the prompt service. Family-owned business makes a difference and we will definitely be calling them for future tree work.

They stopped in my business stated they could asphalt the parking lot. They stated they would be there first thing in the morning. No one ever showed up, did not receive any calls, and I attempted to call multiple times. Finally got an answer and stated that the job should’ve already been done and I would receive a call back. Still have not received any call back. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend this business to anyone. After doing further Research I learned that there’s a lawsuit out of Kansas against them for fraud.

last year i payed this company 3,500.00 to remove some trees and they told me they would be back to remove the foot 1/2 to 2 foot stumps they left they have not showed up yet ( rip off do not use I.G.Construction L.L.C. )

Receivedo a bid on what they would cut and haul off. They did the job while we was gone. Noticed the job wasn't completed according to the contact. Call the man who came by my house wit the bid. Indicated the owner said he would come back next week to finish hauling off the rest the the wood. Called the I.G. office a total of 5 times and the guy who gave the bid. It's been three weeks now. No return call or services to fulfill the contract. At this time, I've already contacted my credit card and plan to call the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General office. If I've know he did tax fraud and will or needs to do prison time, I'd never gone with this company.
