About Bentley Home Inspection Services
I am licensed by the state of North Carolina as a Home Inspector and hold a North Carolina General Contractor license with both residential and commercial licenses. I am "qualified" to do your home inspection and to advise repairs. I have inspected thousands of homes in this area, saving home buyers thousands of dollars. My license number is 142. I only need a days notice to schedule your inspection. The report will consist of over 40 pages of inspected items including all mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and electrical, etc.), and a single page of suggested repairs (summary sheet). The report will be full of color pictures. I also own a Construction Company here in Concord, N.C., but complete all inspections myself.
