Hired Brad and his guys to install a 760 sq foot patio brick paver and build 3 tiered retaining walls. The product and craftsmanship was beyond what was expected. He got really behind after completing 60% of the job but he communicated with us and the end result was great!

We just had our 1 year anniversary of when they started the project and it is still not completed. I have the paperwork. Start date Aug 30th 2021. Project started off good. Had a little work done, but then the excuses just kept coming in. He got covid, his crew got covid, forklift is out of commission, etc. He kept promising he was coming out next week, or the week after. They would never show up. Communication - Communication at the beginning was great - espcially when he was trying to get money. But after that. It died down to almost nothing. I used to call him, but he would never answer those calls. Instead I had to text. I have paid him $13,000. After I was tired of everything, and I had had enough, and they had done very little work. I finally told him to either give me money back or we are going to go to civil litigation. He threatened me by saying that it was me that owed him money? I have no idea how he could possible say that? He has done very little work. And if he is trying to say it is for the material, which I paid for. Then where is the material? It certainly is not on my property. Does he think he needs to be paid for the time and effort that he has put into avoiding me, and not coming out to the property? I am such an idiot, because I am going to give him one last chance. I am sending a demand letter to him today. If I do not hear from him within 30 days. I am taking this to civil litigation, and to social media.

Hopefully you can avoid the same expensive mistake we made. We had a written contract and pre-paid for materials. No work was ever completed. When I posted this review elsewhere, several other people reached out to me having had similar experiences.
