I am so happy I chose The Basic Bathroom Company to remodel my bathroom. They are professional and their work is top quality. Everything was great from the scheduling, coordination and communication of my project by Asver in the office to Jim my project manager who made sure everything was perfect. My bathroom looks beautiful and Ralph is a highly skilled craftsman. They work quickly and cleanly. They provide a top quality remodeling for a very reasonable price. I look forward to using them for more of my bathrooms in the future. I can't say enough nice things about this company to everyone I meet! Can't wait to show off my new bathroom! We had a great experience with the Basic Kitchen Co. We needed our entire kitchen remolded and updated. We first had our consultation which was scheduled within a week of contacting the company. They came out to our house to discuss what we had envisioned and how to make it work within our budget. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to send us a quote and layout the very same night. We had many different trades working in our house at different times. Our project manager and each worker was very pleasant and updated us on any obstacles that may of come up. If there were any issues they were addressed and resolved very quickly. Our project manager was very knowledgeable and kept us updated each day of the project. If I had any questions or concerns he was always available to discuss the project with us. Our kitchen turned out great and we will definitely be using the Basic Kitchen Co for our next project.
