I am very disappointed that you have not kept our verbal contract. You cut our lawn a few times this fall after agreed to terms and also cleaned out leaves. After that, I called you for help to move a sofa from my friend (who had few strokes) who was moving out of his house, you were ready to come after finishing a job and called me saying you were available but unfortunately I could not contact my friend because of his mental status. It seems that my not calling you for the sofa moving upset you and ever since you are avoiding me! You promised me that you would clean my driveway for snow if it is above 3 inches. No w I am stuck. Why you are doing this, I have been paying in time and had been very reasonable in dealing with you. This behavior is not good business ethics. Please call me. Thanks.
