I hired Halls Roofing to take care of my roof and siding after the hurricane. When being quoted I pointed out broken hardy board at the peaks of my roof. He said that he would send someone out to take care of it. While it took months, they finally came and took care of the roof and skirting but hardy board was never done. About 3 weeks after installation, the skirting started to come off of the tracks because the workers didn't level the ground before installation. Today, I get a call from Drew asking for the rest that I owe on the deal. When he called I asked about the skirting and he said they would fix it. I also asked about the hardy board. He said that he never agreed to do that part when he clearly did. We argued for about 10 minutes before I was done. He said it wasn't in the contract and pretty much called me a liar. First and foremost, he said he would do it. Secondly, hardy board is part of a roof and the contract he is so proud of said he was fixing the roof! I will never work with them again and strongly suggest that you stay away as well. Mr. Hall, if you're reading this, I have your money and I'm happy to pay, but not until you finish the job that you said you would do before shaking my hand. If not. Take me to court, well handle it there!
