| complete renovation behind another sorry contractor | Dec 2015 | the owner of this home had a fly by night contractor attempt to do a full renovation but unfortunately ended up got the owner for close to $20k and alot of unfinished or completely wrong projects.. needless to say, every time id go fix i thing, i found 10 others to fix in the process. | $12k | Augusta, GA | |
| slick ceiling with led recessed lighting | May 2015 | removed all the old textured popcorn on ceilings, then sanded/skimmed ceilings to make then a slick finish. also removed the old florescent light fixture in kitchen and installed x6 5inch LED recessed lights as a replacement. installed x2 hanging bar light fixtures over bar area and switch&receptical. I know it doesnt sound that difficult but did i mention it was a 2 story home? so i had no easy access to an attic . everything had to be planned and layed out prior to installing lighting to prevent any unwanted holes in the ceiing. | $2k | Augusta, GA |
