Dundee Concrete & Landscaping

Sadly I do not recommend Dundee Concrete, for a couple of reasons. Firstly the work displays a lack of quality/pride in the finished product. We had concrete tracked in chunks across the yard and you can see in the photo how much extra they leave around the work zone. A lot of the concrete is crumbly too and looks like it will not last long which is so disappointing. We had about 86 ft of new curbing laid by Dundee in June 2020. We previously had about 500 feet laid by another company in 2019 who has since retired but you can tell a total difference between our old company and Dundee. It comes down to pride in work and taking the time to do a good job. Our second issue was a billing issue. The crew had to come back to our house a second time for two reasons, one they had a portion of concrete crumble off (see photo) and the other reason was we didn’t make a one foot section that we pointed out to the gentleman who first came out for our quote. I should add we were way under their minimum of 100ft but were happy to still pay the price for the 100ft. My issues was being charged an additional $100 when they came back out to fix two feet of work, with one of those feet being their error. I reached out to the receptionist via text explaining my concerns (this is how they communicate) but never heard back. I just feel like people should be aware. I know I read reviews when booking with companies. It’s important to be happy with what your paying for and sadly we were not. My sister had a little over 100 ft of curbing laid by Dundee the same week as us and was sadly disappointed by the quality of work as well.

Very poor engineering and application of services my son had done and paid $ 22k+. And i gladly would show and tell the experience to anyone willing to take the time or is thinking about using dundee spokane area.

Beware of this company!! My issue is with this company's business ethics! We contacted them for a new driveway on May 24, 2017. They arrived at the agreed time, presented us with a bid & we accepted. The agreed start date was August 18, 2017. Approx. 10 days before Aug. 18 they called to verify the start date - which we appreciated. By 10:00 AM Aug.18 no arrival and no phone call!! I called their office to ask if they forgot about us. After a couple of minutes the gal stated that our project had been moved back (without our knowledge or approval) to the middle of Sept! My first comment was " A phone call would have been nice". She made some excuse & harsh words followed. I told her don't bother showing up. A few minutes later a man called & began to apologize. He stated the company has "had issues this year" and again apologized. I repeated that a phone call would have been nice. Whatever issues this company had/has could have been discussed when the call was made confirming the start date. Bottom line: would I ever hire them for anything .... what do you think?? I wish I could have rated them NO stars!

Dundee has been taking care of our church parking lot when it snows for years! We are very grateful!
