I needed a roof replaced after the hurricane in 2017. We actually didn’t need a new roof but decided to get one being that the roof was over 10 years old. It started rocky right from the beginning with delays which we were ok as we knew times were busy with a lot roofs needing to be repaired. Our roof WAS NOT LEAKING so we figured we could wait a bit more than most. When they Roofed our home right from the beginning it was a rush job and you could tell they were just guys in it for a quick buck. I clearly communicated this with the salesman (He no longer works there, who knows why) He stated that the roof was done properly and everything would pass inspections. Right from the beginning it didn’t. After some back and forth and many tries from their repair guy they passed inspection. On the first day it rained it had a leak. They have sent numerous employees here with no luck in fixing this leak. It is now a year later and the roof is still not repaired (It leaks very bad in our living room) They have allowed the ceiling in my living room to be damaged and now I’m here writing this review frustrated and going to check with the Better Business Bureau, my local city building and zoning as well as their city (They are based out of Melbourne and I am out of Winter Garden) what my legal opportunities are in this matter. I have called them for two weeks now and they keep saying how they are going to get it fixed with no follow up and for God’s sake at least put a Tarp on my roof so my ceiling doesn’t continue to get damaged! These guys don’t even have that common sense to do that. I asked for at least to tarp my roof earlier in the week and Paul stated he would send someone and here we are on Friday, nothing, and more ceiling damage since they didn’t tarp it. If you use this company tread VERY CAREFULLY as this can and will happen to you! Everyone they send can’t figure out what the problem is and we keep explaining right from the beginning it was done wrong and rushed. Please please please don’t let this happen to your family!

They upgraded my old tar roof to a new pvc roof system! Thanks to paul and his brother david for the well built roof and paul for recommending the cool white roof system. Roof looks great guys Thanks Again

We had our roof done by jt roofing after looking at different flat roofs.We chose them cause they have a 20 year flat roof warranty for residential roofing. It is white and cool the roof down a lot. The guys were clean wore bright green shirts and were organized and got the job done quick! Thanks guys
