KT Contracting

KT does a great job on concrete services. My driveway looks 100x better than before and customer service was excellent with the sales rep and project manager I dealt with.

I had a contract with Don Clark to redo my sidewalk, to put down sandy loan, grass seeds, and to check/repair sprinkler system on 9/21/17. The many problems that occured upon his completion were beyond belief! The nonchalant attititude that he exhibited after he collected $4500 from me was unreal! He was such a fast/smooth talker prior to me hiring him. When spring came I sent him several texts before he responded regarding the grass that never came up after the watering and the extra rain that we got. Since I didn't get a follow up call about resolving the issue, I eventually spoke with the owner, Mr. Tallent. He assured me that the problem would be resolved to my satisfaction. Granted, Mr. Tallent sent severl guys to my home to survey the problem and they in turn sent two more guys out to start the process of getting my yard right on June 13 and 14. On June 14 they ran out of sod to complete my yard. I was told that they would retun. I sent a text rering the my yard's completion and I was told, "I haven't forgotten about you." On July 3, I sent a text to Mr Ricky regarding the matter and he told me that he would come by on July 5. To this day, he has not called or shown up! "Trust is something that we take very seriously," is suppose to be their motto. However, with all the empty promises and the lies that I've receved as of July 8th, I've lost what little trust that I had in this company. BEWARE of this company and especially DON CLARK.
