Horrible customer service. She arrived 45 late for the initial appointment. Requested documents such as survey of our home, copy of our personal designs with the intention of coming back to our home one week later with her designs and an estimate. She cancelled the appointment and rescheduled. She didn't show for the second appointment and has not returned any photo one calls since then. Very unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding Gloria Zapata at Art Glass & Design.
