Such services are -airconditioning service repairs (all brands) -installation (all brands) -indoor air quality and duct cleaning -ductwork -new construction -service. Maintenance agreements -light electrical / lighting/ home restoration We provide all flexibility payments accepting all major credit cards and financing at low rate of 5.99% to almost any project in your commercial or home based on wic.

AC died on Weekend. They called on Fathers Day and were there Monday 9:30. They were courteous, professional and reasonably priced. They fixed it and checked in four hours later to make sure all was going well. I will use them again!

Without hesitation I would recommend Albert and his company. He has worked on or replaced our units in three different properties. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and punctual. When ever you think anything A/C related keep Florida Atlantic Air as your first thought. You won’t be disappointed.

I can only say great things about Al and his team. Florida Atlantic Air Conditioning has always been incredibly responsive to our needs. We purchased a house with three very old air conditioners. Not long after the purchase we had to replace two of them. Florida Atlantic helped us pick the best system for our needs, and consolidate those two systems into one. They could have told us that we needed to replace both, to make a few extra bucks, but instead they helped us save money with a consolidation. Now we are facing a situation with the third unit. Al and his team responded right away, and gave us options to ensure we get the best value for our money. Al and Florida Atlantic are incredibly responsive, professional, and caring for their customers. I could not recommend them more highly.

  | Gold Coast Rail Road Musuem Gift Shop & 1966 | Feb 2015 | This Hidden Gem is located next to the Miami Dade Metro Zoo off the Exit "16 " On the Turnpike. All The Trains stationed in exhibition are all retired and left at the exact state and condition when passengers rode along and across the United States, during the epic time of American Ingenuity and industrial age of enlightment. The Gold Coast Rail Road Station subsititutes what originally was A Naval Air Base Station that served as an important strategic artillery base intelligence during the Second World War. The HVAC mechanical restoration we presented and detailed was for The Gift Shop that serves the main entrance of the Museum. The Train car "1996" was also restored with 3 General Electric Airconditioners.   | Nigel Patterson Residence | Jan 2015 | Mr. Patterson was chronically stressing of hot spots particularly on the First Floor Level of the house. We found out besides having air ducts poor distributed, the house was under sized in tonnage . In order to maximize efficiency and airflow to the first Level. We introduced Mr. Patterson and installed a variable speed airhandler with a 2 stage cooling command on the compressor to satisfy the house when needed only. The Lennox Airhandler variable speed motor mounts a a new enhanced feature to dehumidify the ambient room to mere exact 54% Humidity. We satisfied the correct btu size of the residence and supplemented 4 wireless thermostats on each room and area of the house to always gain an accurate reading of the temperture for Mr. Patterson and his guests all areas of the 2 story townshouse. It was necsssary to induce new Refrigeration Piping from the rooftop to the airhandler inoder to adjust effciency and new tonnage of ac. The overall Margin of cost for this project was $ 4,729. with the ac units , Crane Lift, and Permitting inspection. The rest was Labor.
