PENGUIN POOLS

Penguin Pools is a company with some "personal" issues which should be kept "in the closet". I hope customers will see in her scathing comment above, giving her 5 stars, that SHE DID IN FACT SERVICE MY SPA with a new motor and when it did not function properly work, her employee (her partner) would not address the issue and they both refused to come back and take care of the "professional" part of our connection. Keeping in about Penguin Pools, and not to her "personal" ranting..........not good service.

Carole C. is not a client. She has never been a client. I have know this person for over 30 years. She had a relationship with a long time employee for many years. When that friendship dissolved quite some time ago she could not stand the fact that she was still employed with Penguin Pools. She did everything within her power to destroy this person personally and professionally. During their friendship I put Carole C. on our group dental insurance. Everything was friendly. We even have done some repairs to her spa. Last being 2019. When everything dissolved (over a year ago) I chose not to renew her on our plan this year as we no longer wish to have anything to do with Carole. She tried bullying me into renewing her coverage. This is her reaction. Carole do not call our office. Do not call my family or my home. Leave us alone. We do not want to interact with you in way shape or form. Lacking good and honest business skills. Will not ever use again. Twice is enough to know you cannot "trust" this company and that is a shame.
