Not happy with my experience. Fixed my leaking shower but left a BIG hole in drywall. He say's he "doesn't do drywall". Determined on fixing my sink faucet that was leaking although I told him I had 2 new faucets to be replaced (double sinks and wanted updated faucets). Now, one month later, I just noticed that water is leaking underneath my vanity every time I use my faucet and now has damaged the floor/shelf of my vanity. He charged by the hour and was, in my opinion, slower than he needed to be. He was here for 4 hours.

Charged me $600.00 and it started leaking again the same day and he would not come back and fix it, wanted to charge me more money for what he messed up.

I would never ever recommend Terry McPherson as a plumber. I had a leak in my front yard. Terry charged me $500 to repair it and guaranteed it for a year. Several months later the leak returned. I called Terry and he had no interest in fixing it. Meanwhile I located another plumber who told me that the repair was a shoddy patch job. They charged me $300.

This service has been used for years by my family, Execllent service and have passed this on to many a friend and family members
