I am not a customer of theirs, but I am a recipient of their unprofessional and rude behavior. This landscaping company has zero respect for the neighbors surrounding the lawns they are serving. They’ve parked their big rig and equipment repeatedly in front of my trash cans each trash day. They’ve parked in front of the fire hydrant on my property in which I had to call my neighbor and threaten to call the police. They’ve parked so close to my driveway, I could barely turn into it and can’t see to back out properly. I have asked Michael politely to park on the side of the street of the neighbors lawns they are mowing. He got in my face and said that was inconvenient for him and that in Chesterfield County, he can park wherever he wants. Plus the garbage pickup never comes when they are mowing the neighbors lawns. So now, every week when I put my trash cans out, I have to park my car on the street in front of my home to keep them from parking in front of them and blocking my ability to get trash pickup. And yes, the garbage collection guys have come during the time they are mowing the properties across from me. You can ask them to stop, but they switch crews and the same thing just keeps happening over and over and my neighbors refuse to fire them no matter how they’ve treated me. So unprofessional and so unneighborly.
