A&M painting and Maintenance Company

We are currently getting our rental house together that our previous renters destroyed. We received A&M painting and Maintenance Company from a local supposed contractor. We hired them to do carpet and laminate flooring. Michael Musgrove the owner of A&M painting and Maintenance Company asked for half of the money down. We agreed because we trusted the contractor (also a friend) we got Michael s name from. Needless to say he received the money he cashed the check the same day and 3 months later less than a third of the work was done. We received pretty much every excuse from Michael there is. Any body who owns rental knows time is of the essence and we need turn around because every day loss we are loosing money. Needless to say we had to cut our losses and find someone else to finish the work. We tried to get a portion of our deposit back but received nothing. Anyone looking to use this company in the future be weary. He will take your money.
