My experience with Phoenix Home Concierge Services could not have been any better. Both Kevin and Jeff were wonderful. In trying to find someone who could help me, they were the first to promptly respond to me? I had a very complex situation with an upstairs shower leaking through the floor into a downstairs bedroom. It had been repaired two other times previously only to come back and haunt me. Kevin and Jeff were able to locate the problem, fix it and repair my ceiling to the point where you would have never known there had ever been a problem. I highly recommend Phoenix Home Concierge Services. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional!

He did call quickly, but did not show up or call again as promised. I have had no other contractors return my request from your site. I am sorely disappointed.

It is true, Mr Trodglen was contacted and never followed up with. It is unfortunate and I am sorely disappointed as well, I have been working feverishly to prevent this sort of thing from happening, we understand the urgency when homeowners have a project they want to complete and we do our best to respond quickly and facilitate a quick start date with quick completion date. I do apologize to Mr Trodglen for having failed here and would like another opportunity to show just how good we really are. Thank you Mr Trodglen for responding and helping us become better.
