Browns lawn in order

This is the absolute worst unprofessional amateur operation that I have ever experienced. I was recommended to Montrell Brown by a fellow colleague to have Montrell and his crew members provide a landscaping service. I initially set up a call with Montrell to have him come out and assess the work that needed to be done. On the date that Montrell scheduled the appt I let him know that I was at the location that the service needed to be done for. Montrell advised that he was running a little late. After 2.5 hours had passed I attempted to contact Montrell via phone call and text. He did not respond to either and did not show up. I messaged him that evening to tell him I would be going with another service provider. Montrell then messaged me back saying he would take care of it. I said ok and scheduled the appt for the next business date. I messaged Montrell that morning to advise him of what needed to be done for the landscaping and he advised he had his crew working on the house at that time. I arrived at the house only to see that the grass was halfway mowed and none of the other landscaping was done. I attempted to contact Montrell again via text and phone and he did not answer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SERVICE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE WORKING WITH SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS AND FOLLOW SIMPLE SPELLED OUT DIRECTIONS OF WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. I will also be reporting this business to the Department of Professional Occupation and Regulation for review of license in addition to the Better Business Bureau
