never, ever use this person to do a repair for you. He (or his technician) did not show up for 2 separate appointments and he had an attitude when confronted. Even after 4 appointments he was never able to fix the problem on my washing machine and worse than that is that he essentially implied I was a liar and there was nothing wrong with the machine. I have never been so insulted in my life. Awful
