Hi Erin, as our Service Manager told you in 2018, you have a groundwater issue, not an issue with the liner or the installation. Our same liner crew has been installing all of our liners for over 15 years. The wrinkles on the bottom, and the liner coming out of the track are both because your liner has floated, likely more than once. I personally reached out to you both via phone and email to further understand your issue when you sent a request through our website this year, and both I received no response. Until the groundwater situation is resolved you can expect to continue having problems with your pool. At this point the only thing that can be done is to pop the liner back in the track (usually a homeowner fix, but we offer the service), the wrinkles on the bottom cannot be fixed until the next liner replacement, as long as the groundwater issue has been fixed. As for the light, this is the first I have heard of it, seeing you did not mention it during your last communication.
