Homeland Builders LLC started this "Design-Build" home April 2018 and the project was completed in December of 2018 at 4925 W Chalk Point Rd in West River MD. Homeland Builders LLC started this "Design-Build" home August 2015 and the project was completed in April of 2016 at 103 Oakford Ave in Egewater MD (Beverly Beach). There was an existing home on the lot which was torn down and new home was designed with 4,200 square feet of living space. Homeland Builders first met the Owners in 2012 and worked closley with them to find a lot and design a home with views of the bay and the "Craftsman" style features they requested. The interior finishes of the home were designed with "Craftsman" style features, most notably the interior trim. The layout of the home included 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the 2nd floor and an In-Law bedroom with a full bath on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor also has a large laundry room and waterproof roof deck off the master bedroom and media room overlooking beautiful views of the Bay.

The 12,000 plus square foot home was completed ahead of schedule within 10 months from ground breaking to occupancy. The home was designed by a Washington D.C. architect with many custom features requested by the homeowners. Homeland Builders LLC worked closely with the architect and client during the construction of the home to incorporate all their design features and change revisions. This was truly a one of a kind home!

The customer purchased a home plan on internet by Donald A. Gardner "The Haynesworth". The Client used Homeland Builders LLC design build services to value engineer the plans and meet current Anne Arundel County building codes. The plan featured a multi-dimensional hip roof with multiple reversed gables, a front porch with rectangular columns and arches. and two rear porches with access off kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The 4,000 square foot home was completed in 6 months from ground breaking to occupancy.

Most recently this 10,000 plus square foot custom home built by Homeland Builders, LLC was featured in the March 2014 issue of "What's Up Annapolis" magazine. The article was titled "Masterpiece in Davidsonville" and emphasized the family friendly features which were the key to the new construction. The LoRe's contracted with Homeland Builders to design and build their custom home. The home was completed on schedule within 10 months from ground breaking to occupancy. Many custom features were incorporated into the design and construction such as geothermal heating/cooling system, in-ground pool with large stone patio, outdoor stone bar and grilling station, pool house with half bath, large screened in porch with fireplace, 4 car garage with bonus room above, open 1st floor plan with curved staircase foyer, very large kitchen and breakfast area with large circular island, family room with coffered ceilings, four bedrooms and four full baths on second floor, a fully finished basement with dance room, full bath, bedroom, TV room with stone fireplace, theater room, and game room with full bar. The final finishes were all selected by the LoRe's and featured custom made cherry cabinets provided by a local cabinet maker.

Homeland Builders LLC built this 2,400 square foot craftsman style custom home. The home was a design build project. The Client purchased a set of plans from a online plan source. The plans were not buildable as purchased and required Homeland Builders LLC to redraw to meet Anne Arundel County building codes. In the process the plans were value engineered to fit the Clients building budget and specifications.
