Hogan Landscapes, Inc.

In July 2020 I hired Bret Hogan to install sod in my yard, repair and adjust my sprinkler system and keep up with the chemicals for a year. From the moment he got his money he became very slow to respond. It took about a month for him to install the sod. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as it had truly been very rainy. I will admit the install looked nice and of good quality. However, his lack of responsiveness just got worse and worse. When it was looking mushy and not taking root it took multiple contacts to get him to come out (3 emails and 2 voicemails). That was in September. This is not a case of me constantly contacting him. At this point there are a lot of weeds in the lawn and the sprinkler system is coming on at 10am instead of overnight and as I had paid up front for him to keep up with the chemicals for a year I would expect he would do this. I emailed him in late October, he replied that he would be out. He never came out. I followed up 3 times in November with absolutely no response. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Brett has no integrity and will take money for services and then not complete the task. I am going to now have to pay someone else. BEWARE.
