Our sales person promised to take care of receiving final payment from our insurance company, which he did not. No big deal, we did. Received the final payment which was only 30% of the total balance. Brought the check into the office only to find out that they had put a Lien on our house! There was no letter of intent, email or even a phone call! We would have certainly paid out of pocket if asked. The owner of the company refused to endorse the check we had in hand from the insurance company, written out to us, unless she followed us to the bank to watch us deposit it. I have never been so baffled with unprofessionalism in my life! This company doesn’t deserve to affiliate themselves with our town, and will not extend any respect or decency in conducting business. Shockingly terrible service and abuse of law. Unless you want to spend the day at the court house releasing the lien permanently recorded on your property by heartless indecent greedy business owners, I strongly urge you to do business elsewhere. Do not be taken advantage of
