Established in the '80s and based out of Phelan, Roofn-It is a roofing contractor and provides roofing inspection, roofing repair, gutter cover installation and more. In October of 2005, a property owner hired them to do a re-roofing project using a permit obtained from the city of West Covina, and in June 2005, a property owner contracted them to do a re-roofing project in the Norwalk neighborhood using a permit acquired from the city of Norwalk.
