Terrible, Do not go into business with this company. We went into contract June 2023 & fired them on April 2024. A 16 week contract that they wrote, they lied, ignored phone calls, refused to fix code violations. They worked three days a week maybe 5 hours a day. Built a retaining wall and forgot the stairs, nothing is level. Already had one of my walk out stairs cave in, holes in my liner. Paid 102k cash and they are refusing to give us our pool liner. Contacted the BBB, Calvin (Owner) said it wasn’t part of the contract, proved him wrong & contacted the equipment supplier and they sent over all equipment paid and ordered for my job. Then on Yelp he tells me his Partner has it. We installed cameras and started messaging them to protect ourselves and i am glad we did. Everything this company has said we have responded to with proof. Do your homework before going into business with them, there are more people out there they have ripped off other then myself. Go check out Yelp, BBB Compliants, Angies List and wherever else you can review this. All they had to do was give us our cover that was paid for up front and we would have walked away. Now i am making sure that everyone knows how they operate business. We have pictures of the retaining wall, un-level walls/top caps/ overall pool. Proof of code issues & where they know better then the inspector and the inspector is wrong. Being cussed at & lied too because they never showed. After the yelp review he writes me and blames his business partner because of everything. We went into contract with Calvin Jennings, not his partner. I also have all messages i will share, Do your homework and don’t make the same mistake i did.
