I inquired about the fee for poop removal once per week via email. Lyle is the person who responded. He stated that I would be charged a one time cleaning fee of $35 on top of an additional $30 for the remainder of the month. So I’m supposed to pay $65 to start?? When my yard isn’t even big enough for it to be $65! I stated that I would go with someone else. Lyle decided to respond with, “....But you go ahead and go with one of them other guys. You let me know if they don't show up. If it's important enough to you to get done every single week then you can come back to me. I will remember you.”.... 1. Don’t talk shit on someone else business when your customer service clearly needs work. 2. You don’t talk to customers that way just because they said they don’t agree with your prices and choose to go somewhere else. 3. I hope Lyle does remember me. So that way, when they start losing business after I let people know about his customer service, he’ll know it was because of me and the service he provided. (Or lack there of)
