Austin Joiner is a career criminal and scam artist. He will take your money and then run. We hired him for a landscaping job (he actually approached me in my front yard with a “business card” and “landscaping truck” and offered to trim our palm tree. The price was reasonable and we agreed. We paid him in cash for the job which he said he would complete the next. He never returned. He will not answer his phone or reply to emails. Do not be deceived by Austin Joiner! He has a phony business card saying “licensed an insured” and drives a convincing old truck (which he will eventually use as his excuse for not showing up. Oh so politely saying something like, “I am so sorry, Ma’am. My truck broke down. I will ask my brother to give me a ride tomorrow.) Yeah... that will never happen. So just like that, your money is gone and so is Mr. Austin Joiner. But what’s worse, turns out that stealing money is just a casual side gig for Austin. Terrible experience! He came over to the job and got half way through while using all of our tools and then said he would go dump his truck and come back to finish. He took our money before the job was done, never came back. I still have a tarp full of mulch in my yard. He does not answer his phone and he stole our money. Very dissatisfied. BEWARE AND DO NOT HIRE!
