My experience has been terrible with this company. They incorrectly installed UV lights. My wife and I now have pain in our eyes from UV Radiation. I called twice and told them it was installed incorrectly. The guy that installed them said it was his first time to install a UV light on Mitsubishi Ductless Mini Split. The receptionist said I was wrong and they had installed them correctly. I printed the installation instructions and read to her, " do not install where the UV light shines in the room. It will cause damage to eyes and skin." They sent a different guy out that has never installed UV. He showed me his installation instructions that were incomplete. I gave him a copy of mine. He unplugged the UV lights and said he would get back when they got caught up on service calls. My wife suffers from Mold Disease. She has to go to the ER when exposed to mold. I told the young man this info. Apparently it did not move us up the service call queue We are also trying to figure out how to use the 2 systems we bought because the installer left without providing ANY documentation on the 2 systems and we do not have user manual or instructions on how to use the remote controls. WOW...THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am going to give them one more day to make this right. If they do not fix the incorrect installation I am going to tell them to come pick up their 2 units.
