He has designed, and constructed several commercial and residential projects over the years, including the transformation of a convent into a 20 unit condominium complex. Chris got out of the United States Marines as a Staff Sergeant. Robert Picard has extensive experience in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical design and construction. He comes from a U.S. Navy background where he was a nuclear submarine electrician.
