All Climate has been maintaining our older heat pump for a couple of years. I trust them to recommend the right maintenance procedures and perform the well for a reasonable price.

I had a new heat pump installed in my townhouse in 2016. Russ came out and performed the initial estimate. Russ had six or so employees come out and perform different parts of the installation. As a software engineer, I appreciated his logical, bullet-pointed list of tasks for completing the installation. Unlike a different contractor, Russ appeared to follow the Manual J or similar approach to load calculations. The job took longer than I expected, but this was largely due to some miss-communications and scheduling visits for the inspection, product turn on, and to improve the product vibration/noise level. Russ gave me a few follow-up calls to ensure that the job met my expectations.

We had an issue with our furnace which wouldn't start and it being December, house started getting cold very fast. So I put in a urgent request on Porch. All Climate rep was very helpful, he first mistook his technician schedule and tried to arrange for after hours appointment on the same day but soon he realized he could squeeze one in during the normal hours. I put in a request on porch around 10AM and by 2PM everything was fixed. Technician Pat who came to fix the furnace immediately identified choked pressure switch as the reason for pilot not firing. He cleaned it and now we have a working furnace.
