Contractor Tom Evans from Toms Plumbing and Heating was on my property and did not correctly installed PROFLO Potable Water Expansion tank. He installed this water tank to close to the shutoff valve. As a result of this bad installation I am not able to shut down the water, in case it needed in Emergency situation. He also, overcharged me for the water tank, by taking $120 for $65 - $70 unit. I tried to contact him in duration of 15 days, w/o any response from him, as Tom ignored my calls, text messages and emails. I also sent him photos of this problem, but he did not respond either. I paid him $200.00 and now need to hire another Contractor to fix his issue!

Tom was great. He responded to me within a day and came to look at my problem immediately. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Solved my problem quickly and I will definitely be using him in the future. I highly recommend.
