I contacted Whitetail for replacement of my dining room chandelier. Bill Gangloff was very responsive to my inquiriy and heand his assistant scheduled the work for the next day. He kept in touch with me regarding his arrival time. They removed the old chandelier and installed the new one with no issues. Observing his professionalism and skill, I asked Bill to address a few other needs on switches & dimmers which he quickly resolved. He then took a look at my broken attic fan. Determining that a total replacement was actually more cost effective than a motor replacement/repair, he handled that job. I thought his price was very fair for the work done. Bill and his helper were neat, polite, and responsible. I would definitely recomment Bill Gangloff and Whitetail Electric if you need an electrician.

Owner and licensed and insured electrician Bill Gangloff and his helper were right on time and, as promised, got right to work on my electrical work. They were very personable, professional, expert, and efficient. I described additional lighting needs and Bill Gangloff came up with really good solutions so I will utilize him for that work too. They are good people and I trust them in my home. It is hard to find such competent electricians to show up for small jobs, which mine was, but the work was very needed in my home. I am very pleased and will use them again.
