Since 2009, Flavell Home Staging has helps Realtors and Sellers prepare properties for sale. We provide consultations to get the property in model home condition to help it stand out from the competition, sell faster and typically for more money than un-staged properties. We own our inventory of furniture and accessories, which can save our clients months of rental cost.

Jessica and her crew staged our townhouse. Not only did it look amazing, but we had a full price offer within 24 hours of listing! Our layout was small and unique and I know without a doubt that it there was no way we would have gotten that offer (especially in that market) without having Flavell Home staging work their magic. I am a real estate agent and I have been working with Jessica for several years. I can honestly say that because of her staging advice, my listings have consistently sold faster and for more money than other similar homes. Last year, two of the homes she staged set sales price records. She has an amazing ability to be able to "be" the buyer and suggest things based on what the buyers want. I highly recommend Jessica.
