Mission home renovations

Started in November first and finished on December 9th to complete everything we agreed on in my contract which is roof , gutter guards and couple minor things to fix along the way. At least he finished what we agreed on but got dragged for too long with zero communication. Promises to come tomorrow and tomorrow never come until I initiate a text to ask him where are you then respond oh I got busy! To me it’s very disrespectful when he gives appointment and never text to justify why he couldn’t make it. Thats a deal breaker and disrespectful on my end and anyone’s end or point of view. Sadly I was planning on doing my siding with him but not after I got disrespected with empty appointments and zero communication and taking too long to finish a project that can be done in five days max. So I have to do my sidings with someone else instead. Best of luck with your future communications Ty because it’s very important for your future customers. Thank you for everything Ty!
