Decks Unlimited

Used them to replace a deck on the back of my house. I was impressed with the work ethics, ie cleaning up after they finished for the day, politeness and they were very pleasant. Finished the work in a timely manner. However after they left within about 3 days, my son noticed a mitre cut that was not right on the handrail. I took a picture of the cut and notified them to come back and replace the top rail on the stairs. They responded they would be back. About a week after that, I noticed that one of the supports for the railing on the deck had not been secured with screws, and the ballisters were beginning to fall. Took a picture, and sent it to them also, they responded they would be out to make the corrections. Well, it's been a week now and they have not been out. Called and left several messages, but have not heard from them. I was planning on replacing my fencing around the yard and was going to ask them for a quote. But I will not be doing that. Just want the corrections made to the decking. I have been patient, and even paid them an extra hundred dollars on the deck replacement. And now this! Don't think I will use them again!
