Backyard decor

Chad did paver work for me. I also asked for a pergola. After 2 months of not receiving the pergola after paying him for half as he requested. I asked for a refund. Since then its been excuse after excuse and I have not received a refund. He only communicates by text message and that's spotty at best. Chad is not a trust worthy contractor and I would stay clear of him

Chad is extremely buzy. I had hoped the matter discussed would have been completed by him (as discussed), but he has since been unavailable. His work is good. However, I am unable to give a good rating due to the incomplete aspects discussed.
