We are a team of two. (If the job requires more than two we have other employees to ensure the job to be finished in a timely manner) There is no job to big or to small. We are very reasonable priced. He is the blue collar experience in any area. He has 25 years experience in building maintenance with both commercial and residential. He was the plant maintenance supervisor at the Proctor and Gamble plant in Phoenix Az. for 8 yrs. I am the white collar experience 25 years in Office Management, Financial, Vendor Contact Customer Relations, Accounting etc. If we cant do the job we will be honest and let you know so as to not waste anyone valuable time.

Faith and Larry came to our home to do some landscaping, drywall repair and painting. They were both excellent workers. They were on time and very efficient. They were very reasonably priced. We will have them back in the future.

  | Balcony Lift and Fascia Replacement | Sep 2016 | Lift the Second Story Walkway Balconies and Replacement of as needed Fascia This project started out as quoted was for two balconies to be lifted for the cost amount of $1365.00 per two. The owner did not wan to spend anymore than the quoted amount agreed upon. After we lifted one balcony without any repairs. We talked with the owner and let her know the lifts would not look complete unless there was some Fascia replaced. The owner agreed. So we did a total of 6 balconies Lifted and Fascia replacement. We had the owners business account at Lowes for all materials. This was are largest job ever and both the owner and ourselves were very pleased with the results. | $13k | Mesa, AZ |
  | Build a new room in and existing trailer home | Mar 2016 | Build a new room in the middle of a trailer home with two new walls. Painted Textured. Customer ran out monies before outer walls could be finished. The inside of room was finished for the price quoted. Remove furniture clean area and prep for new walls to be built with a door. The area was framed in wood then drywall was put up on the inside of new room. Then textured includes ceiling then painted one color. | $600 | Mesa, AZ |
| New Sub Floor in an Existing Second Story Apartment Complex | Feb 2016 | This was a install of a new sub floor in a second story apartment. The cost did include materials. It took two days to complete. We cleaned and prepared the areas through out the apartment. Then installed 1/2 inch plywood as well as reinforcement 2x4s to support the new flooring. There was some mold that we treated in the bathroom area. We had to pull the toilet in order to do the flooring in the bathroom. The final result was to the owners satisfaction | $2k | Mesa, AZ |
