He is NOT licensed. His business card says licensed but he only has a business license, no contractor license. He held himself out as being able to install toilets, gutters and do drywall. He cannot do any of that. He half did work around our house and we had to hire another company to finish the work. The new company advised that ALL the work had been done incorrectly and had to be redone. We are now out the money we paid him and the money to the new company.
