I acted as the general contractor on this project for a friend of mine. I did the majority of the demolition, coordination of the electrical, hvac, plumbing, bathroom cabinets, plaster repairs, etc. Thereafter I repainted the whole interior walls and ceilings with a stain blocker and 2 coats of paint on the walls. All new flush doors were sanded and painted 2 coats. Painted the 2 service entry doors, sanded/revarnished just the face of the cabinet doors and in stalled all new hardware on doors and cabinets.

The Front Fiberglass door at this residence was extremely faded due to the sun exposure from the West. It need 2 coats of Gel Stain to even out the areas. Needed 1 day dry time in between each coat. Final Coat was an exterior varnish coat. All applied by brush.

This was an all painted woodwork job for an architect in Depere Wisconsin. All doors were Black and all the trim, base, tonque n groove was a soft white. This project would normally take about 3 months but it was completed in 2 as the Owner/General Contractor wanted to move in the week of Christmas.
