Rich's Appliance Service provides quality service, recycling, and parts. If you need a part call me with the model number of your appliance, and I will give you a price for the new part. My mission is to provide quality appliance service to all my customers. To treat my customers with respect and dignity. And to be honest and truthful with the diagnosis of the problem with your machine. To charge a fair price, (so my customers don't feel that they have paid too much for an appliance repair). To be on time for every appointment. That means if I say I will be there between 1:00PM and 2:00PM, I will be there. I won't schedule appointments within a three hour time frame, as some companies do, such as between 1:00 pm and 4:00pm. I will schedule you within a one hour time frame. I will not hold you hostage in your home for 3 or more hours. When I schedule you an appointment it will be an exact time or within a 1 hour time frame. And if I am going to be later then scheduled, I will call you and tell you when I will be there. I provide service on most appliances such as Refrigerators, Freezers, Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Ranges, Ovens, and Ice Makers. I guarantee that my price will be lower than 90% of companies in the greater Seattle area. I accept Personal Checks and Cash of course.
