City Wide Chem-Dry

I was very disappointed with Chem Drys service. There were spots on the carpet that the technician said he couldn’t remove and I actually got them out with my Hoover. The carpet looked just as dirty as it did before they supposedly cleaned it. There was a purple stain up in the hallway that he just said purple and red stains don’t come out. Didn’t even try to get it out. I would not recommend them and will never use any Chem Dry again. I spent $350 for a living room and dining room which is small and 13 stairs and a small hallway.

My first experience with Citiwide Chem-Dry was great. The technician arrived on time then he cleaned up my carpet perfectly. All done quick and for reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Awesome company. I called them 2 days ago to clean up my carpets and rugs. They did perfectly. Fast, on time and fair pricing. Any time I need chem dry service, I will call Citiwide Chem-Dry first.
