KEIL'S POOLS

Ed installed a pool for us summer 2017. We expected to be able to use it 2018. We were wrong. My husband called Ed 5 times in preparation of our pool opening (party!) and Ed assured him that the pool would be up and running. Our neighbors had warned us that their follow up service was appalling but we really wanted to give Ed the benefit of the doubt. We arrived to find a filthy pool that Ed assured us had been cleaned twice and a pump that doesn't work. Ed doesn't seem to even want to make good what he promised. To ad insult to injury Ed won't even call us back or respond to a text. If you want a fully functional swimming pool I would avoid Keils Pools at all cost. I would give Keils pool 0 stars if I could.
