Today, the recycle truck did not dump the trash in my container. My neighbor called from across the street and said, "Hey! Put it in mine." So I scurried across the street and got it in his container. Then the truck arrived, coming back up the street and the driver menaced me with the truck. Then when I went to pull around in front of him, he nearly hit me. No Christmas gift this year for them. I could feel the malice coming out of this fellow. I guess he was having a bad day, but... considering his attitude... that's probably a common thing for him.

Customer service it seems is their lowest priority. If you like being treated unfair and spoken down to you'll love this company. We need better options here!
