Took deposit and never show up for the job. Will always come up with excuse next week, next month etc. contract signed in July 9, wasting so much time and energy dealing with him. He tried to work out with revive contract with new payment plan, yet again never ever scheduled to the job. Finally said will refund deposit, month past and he twisted his words that I defaulted the contract, when in fact the contract is a lie, fake and invalids to start with, an obvious intention for to fraud someone. Business dissolved in Jan 8, 2008. Address on the contract is Washington St in Boston, which is a make up. Then he twisted his words again, He still want to do the job even I was the one defaulted the contract. The moment I told him I have hired someone else for the siding, he twisted his words with hilarious accusation that I sexually assaulted him when he met me the first time at my house signing the contract. I stick my finger in his ass and touch his penis, etc etc, and he is mentally broken etc etc all kind of disgusting accusation. Wow, all I can say wow OMG, what on earth there is such a scum bag actually exist in this society. what happen to our law enforcement? Oh, Brendin claimed all the complaints were created from con artists who just make up, that is why he has no criminal record and never get in trouble, ppl just jealous of him. I am having my attorney to file lawsuit, going through small claim court just a waste of time. I have reported him to Attorney General’s office and they encourage more ppl to report will make the criminal investigation get going. Go to 19th floor of their building to file for criminal investigation, don’t bother to go to CARD, it has nothing to do with business and consumer affair, it is a pure intention of fraud activities with make up business contract. If you are just another victims of Brendin, pls do the same report to Attorney General .

Brendin framed a house for me in Weymouth, MA based off of a terrible set of plans. He was able to communicate effectively and get the house framed the right way with a much smarter layout than the architect had proposed. He got the job done very quickly and efficiently, was good at dealing with the neighbors and keeping everyone happy. Very clean framers. Good crew. This was the first time I used him.

We hired Brendin and his crew for some structural work to our home in the metro West area after the contractor we had originally hired backed out at the last minute. Brendin's crew widened the opening between our kitchen and family room, installed a structural beam, and tied in the beam to the house's support structure. They also installed a header for a sliding glass door out to our deck, and put in the door itself. We are not construction experts and so we can't give a meaningful assessment of the quality of his work, but both the engineer who prepared the drawings for the changes and a friend who is a finish carpenter indicated to us that they felt the work was done competently. The work also passed the town's inspection without an issue. The fact that Brendin and his crew were able to get started and complete the job quickly was a big plus, and helped us stay on schedule.
