Failed to complete contracted services and refused to return cash deposit. Small claims court case filed against business. Still refuses to return deposit after court case judgment.

My landlord hired these people to renovate the apartment below mine. They would not return my landlords calls and they show up at odd hours and then don’t work for days at a time. The job could’ve been done in a few days but it’s been weeks and they’ve hardly made progress. More importantly, I went to talk to them and they were smoking cigarettes inside the apartment they were fixing that had fresh paint on the walls. The smoke came up through my floor and filled my apartment. They were incredibly inconsiderate with parking their large trailer and other vehicles and my driveway was completely blocked for all of the current residents. They screamed at me and swore at me to move my car on one occasion when I was in the middle of a work meeting. Even my neighbors witnessed this and thought it was crazy. They also left a ton of trash and debris in my driveway for weeks even though I (and my landlord) asked them many times to dispose of it. They filled my recycling bin with construction debris that was so problematic, I got a warning notice from my recycling company. I give 0 stars, do not hire these people. They are straight up dirt bag white trash, for lack of a better term.
