PC Plumbing provided my 2nd bid out of about 6. I was extremely impressed with their prompt service, there's nothing like a tub full of sewer, a complicated plumbing system, and unavailable experts! I became overwhelmed with the number of bids. I almost went with another bid until the owner advised, "don't divorce us yet!" He personally came out the same day and looked at my system, consulted with the plumbing technician, and quickly fixed one of the problems that allowed us to continue with a planned Baby Shower the following day :). If I wasn't impressed enough at this point, it was the creativity of the plumbing technician (forgot his name sorry, but I hear he's highly sought after) to fix the problem without having to bust up concrete, which would have been another expense to fix. I appreciate the fast and last minute service, explanation of the job, openness to hearing my feedback when I struggled with deciding upon a company, the text messages to keep me informed, and for doing what you quoted! Highly recommended!

Joe quickly responded to my request and came to my house estimated the job. He was able to secured the material and his crew to come install the entire bathtub within 48 hours. very responsive and completed job professional.
